Allaria Ledesma & Cia. Sociedad de Bolsa S.A. is the result of the association of a team of specialists with proved expertise in Argentine capital markets.

Ernesto Allaria Ledesma, the company’s founder, carried out brokerage activities uninterruptedly since 1968, either alone or together with a team of professionals, displaying a 3-decade track-record characterized by transparency and efficiency, until his recent passing away.

In 1988, Mr. Ledesma set up a sole proprietorship and surrounded himself with specialists. With their help, he has adjusted the company's structure to the deep economic changes that have taken place since 1990. Willing to provide a more complete and efficient service, he incorporated the technical and human resources needed to face the challenges posed by the globalization of the financial business.

In 1993, while the capital markets were undergoing a maturation process, he created the Portfolio Management and the Research Departments, turning the management of the clients' portfolios (now in constant growth) into a professional service.

On May 1995, the incorporation of these professionals as members of the company was formalized, and Allaria Ledesma & Cia Sociedad de Bolsa, S.A. was born.

As from that moment, the strategy of solid business growth was consolidated by adjusting the structure of the company to the demands of a growing transactions volume and an increasingly complex and challenging market.

At present, we cover the whole range of businesses that are conducted both in the domestic and international capital markets. We have high-tech equipment and a crew of over 50 professionals with outstanding expertise in the brokerage business. This permanent process of innovation has enabled us to adjust to the changes in the industry over the past years, and to keep our firm leadership.
